  • Client data: name, email, immigration information entered through intake forms.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions taken within the platform.

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and improve CasePilot services.
  • Send account-related communications (invitation emails, confirmations).
  • Ensure platform security and prevent fraud.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on Supabase with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We implement Row Level Security to ensure each firm can only access its own data. We have no access to your clients' records without your express authorization.

4. End-client data

Data your clients enter through the intake form is exclusively yours. CasePilot acts solely as a data processor. You, as a firm, are the data controller responsible for handling that information in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Service providers

We use the following providers to operate the platform:

  • Supabasedatabase and authentication.
  • Vercelinfrastructure and deployment.
  • Resendtransactional email delivery.
  • OpenAIartificial intelligence engine (Ask CasePilot).

Each provider has its own privacy policies and complies with international security standards.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we store about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your data in a standard format.
