1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on CasePilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

CasePilot is an immigration case management platform for paralegal firms, public notaries, and immigration consultants. The service includes client management, digital intake forms, access to USCIS forms, calendar, case tracker, and productivity tools.

CasePilot is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The platform is a management tool, not a legal service.

3. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws governing your professional activity.
Obtaining necessary permissions from your clients to process their personal data.

4. Plans and payments

CasePilot offers a 7-day free trial period. Afterward, a paid subscription is required based on the chosen plan. Payments are monthly and non-refundable once processed, except in cases of verifiable billing errors. We may modify prices with at least 30 days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Share your account with people outside your firm.
Attempt to access another firm's data.
Use your clients' data for purposes other than the services you provide them.
Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the platform.

6. Data ownership

Your clients' data belongs to you. CasePilot has no right to use it for any purpose other than providing the service. Upon cancellation, you may export your data before deletion, which will occur 30 days after cancellation.

7. Limitation of liability

CasePilot is not liable for losses arising from the use of the platform, including data loss due to force majeure, user error, or service interruptions. CasePilot's maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid in the last subscription month.

8. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the settings panel. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
